1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website or scheduling a cleaning appointment via phone or online form, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must refrain from using our services.

2. Booking and Estimates

All cleaning estimates provided online or over the phone are based on the information provided by the client regarding property size and condition.

• If upon arrival our cleaners find that the actual scope of work significantly differs from the description provided (e.g., extreme clutter, heavy pet hair, or biohazards), we reserve the right to adjust the pricing or re-quote the service accordingly.
• Clients must provide accurate access instructions, working utilities (electricity and running water), and a safe working environment for our cleaning technicians.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

We understand that schedules can change. However, because our cleaners allocate dedicated time slots for your property:

• Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time.
• Late cancellations or lockouts (where our cleaning team arrives and cannot gain entry to the property) may be subject to a cancellation or trip fee.

4. Satisfaction Guarantee

We take pride in delivering top-rated house cleaning, condo cleaning, and office cleaning. We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee:

If you are not fully satisfied with any area cleaned, you must notify us within 24 hours of service completion. We will return to re-clean the disputed area at no additional charge. Refunds are generally not issued after services have been successfully performed.

5. Liability, Insurance, and Breakage

Toronto Cleaning Services is fully bonded and insured for your peace of mind.

• Our team exercises the utmost care while working in your home or business. In the rare event of accidental breakage or damage caused by our staff, it must be reported to us within 24 hours.
• We are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing wear and tear, improper installation of fixtures, delicate unsecured items, or unmounted heavy wall art/mirrors.

6. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide services to you shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
